Khien indicates progress and success. The superior man, (when he enters on his operations), is able to bring them to a good end.
The first SIX, divided, shows us the superiority of the superior man who is disposed to great humility. The movement will be fortunate.
The second SIX, divided, shows its subject humbly manifesting himself. The firm correctness of his course will be advantageous.
The third NINE, undivided, shows a superior man of merit and acknowledged; - and he will maintain his humility to the end. There will be good fortune.
The fourth SIX, divided, shows one whose action would be advantageous in every respect, - his humility being maintained.
The fifth SIX, divided, shows its subject, who, with his (high) position, is humble. He is advantageous to all his neighbours, and his movement, in whatever direction, will be advantageous.
